"Doc" Steve Watson, President & CEO, is a multidisciplinary scientist and leader, with training in nuclear physics, electronics and multiple degrees in psychology, including a Ph.D. in Engineering Psychology with minors in multivariate methods and linguistics. 

Teresa Wright, Executive Assistant, has 20 years of business experience, educator, and medical office assistance. 

  Bob Pokorny, Senior Cognitive Engineer, has worked in applied cognitive science for over 30 years. He applies relevant behavioral and cognitive science principles to real-world programs. He has worked in knowledge engineering for system interfaces and training content development; instructional design, focusing largely on training within simulation; and test development of cognitive skills and affective dispositions. 

  Rick Ayala, Senior Researcher and Program Manager, is a retired Master Chief Petty Officer with over 22 years of service specializing in Navy Human Resource and Talent management.  During the past 18 years, Rick has served as a Senior Analyst on the Chief of Naval Personnel staff and as a Program Manager at the Navy Testing Sciences office.  He has 40 years of combined experience in Talent/Force management plans and policies, Testing Sciences, and Business Process Engineering within the Navy and other Department of Defense programs.  

Michael Crookenden, Senior Researcher, is a mathematician and data analyst with over 30 years of experience analyzing and solving military issues.

 Mike Bryant, Senior Program Analyst and Security Manager, documents and develops internal and external business processes and maintains security protocols of the company. He studied Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics at Southern Illinois University. He is a veteran and has served as a Recruiter for the Illinois National Guard. He has more than 25 years of experience in Process Engineering, Regulatory Compliance, Quality Assurance, and Personnel Management. 

  Melissa Carletello, Brand Developer/Manager of Media and Design, is supervisor of all brand, web/graphic design, and media deliverables. She carefully analyzes all company and client work to ensure all deliverables are of upmost quality. 

 John Schmidt, Treasurer, has worked in public accounting for over 11 years, manufacturing for 7 years, and within the healthcare field for over 11 years. His educational background includes an undergraduate degree in civil engineering, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Health Administration. He is licensed in the state of Illinois as a Certified Public Accountant, and as a Professional Engineer Intern.
